Did you try after restarting the phone ? Or.. remove the battery for about a minute and insert and switch the phone on..

If the suggestion above does not work enter the following code, like a telephone number:

*#7780# then follow the on screen prompts.

This will reset the phones settings but will not delete any of your data. This should hopefully allow access to the menu again.

i already restart but still the same..i go to the shop that i buy my x3,,but the person say "its a keypad prob"

There's another code that should work on the X3 (it works on an X2-00) but it will delete all of your data from the phones memory (so backup anything important before trying it). If you try this I advise that you remove the memory card before doing it.

Dial: *#7370#  if it asks for a code enter 12345, unless you have changed it.

If that fails to work then it's a hardware issue, either take it to the retailer or a nokia care point.

Make sure you enter it properly with the star and hashes. If it still does not work then your only option is the Nokia care point or retailer.
