Hi,

afters Belle update my original headset is not recognized by Nokia X7, can't listen to music or radio. The icon is not visible.

Headset is 100% ok, I tried it on different phone and works fine.

After hard reset is starts working but after unplugged and plugged one again it is still not working. Another hard reset didn't help.

Also tried accessories settings in settings menu - changing profiles and other setting - didn't help.

Any ideas?

same problem here... updated to belle and when i wanted to listen to my music using headphones the music was still playing from the speakers. Then tried with original nokia headsets and with my pc speakers and still nothing its like the 3.5 mm jack was blocked . Via bluetooth music sounds incredibly

You reminded me, I got the same once after plugged headset and the radio music was playing from speakers, but from that time the head set is not working till now. Tried to reinstall the software Belle but it didn't help.

I have the same problem with my nokia N8, sometimes the original headset is not recognized any suggestions?

Same problem here too.

Updated to Belle and tried to listen to my music using the original nokia x7 headsets and the music plays only from the speakers too. Tried the headsets on my brother's nokia x7 updated to belle too and they worked fine. Others headsets also didnt work in my nokia x7 but they did in my brother's. I tried to reinstall Belle, restore orinigal settings several times and it didn't work.

Think i just gonna have to sent my phone to the SAT

hi i have a problem with loading any webpages it was fine yesterday but i've installed bella update and there is someone advised me to restore faculty settings but i'm afraid to lose the new software help me plz asab

It seems not even Nokia has a solution for this. I tweeted @NokiaSpain_Care about our problem and they didnt bother on responding.

I too have the problem of the headphone socket not working on my X7 after Belle update. I have tried everything above. Nokia Care say there is a known bug and won't do anything.

Because of the way I use my phone this now makes the phone useless, and no one at Nokia seems to care, judging by all the other forums I've visited. Headphones work fine with Nokia Lumie and iPhone.

When will this be fixed?
