I've posted this on Nokia facebook page sometime ago, they told me to send in the phone to my nearest Nokia Care Centre. Well, i live in the Caribbean, so i have none of that available to me. Anyway, i had the retailer here in Antigua, sent it back to Rogers, Canada. They said the would the have it sent in to Nokia. I ordered this phone in late September, i recieved it in mid October, it worked partially decent (where signal is concerned) for about 3 weeks, then that was it, it didn't pick up any signal. After practically begging this silly retailer to send in the phone back to where it was ordered from, he did. I recieved the phone in mid January. It's evident that Rogers reinstalled their firmware, but i seriously think that's all they did, because the phone only worked for about 5 days and that was it, but i don't know. God. I just want my phone to work. I really don't know what to do. I wonder if this new Belle firmware will help. Please help me. Please. I can't afford to buy another phone right now. I saved up so i could get this one. Saved so much. Please help.
