I have the Nokia X6 and I have this problem:

When I am sending a message I click on the content of the message to open the keyboard so I can start typing. When I open the on screen keyboard, it shows the keyboard and a small screen to preview my text message. It the small preview box, it displays "Message:"

When I start typing it types well but the problem is, all the text in the box is way too big.

So big in fact that it can only fit one word and it is a strange inconvenience.

My friend has a Nokia 5800 and it appears to run the same Symbian OS, and when he types and message he can fit about 3 lines of text into his preview box, this is what I want.

In the settings for messaging I found an option to change the font size, however this only changed the size of the font within the Messaging "app" and not within the phone's keyboard itself. I have searched through the setting alot and I cannot find an option to change the font size displayed in the keyboard's preview box.

This also happens when using the alphanumeric keypad as well as the qwerty one...

Thanks ever so much for your time and effort. You're absolutly right, I decided to post this on the Nokia forums as a complete lie, just for a laugh I suppose.

You see because I have no life, I have nothing better to do other than make up problems that aren't even possible just for the amusment of helpful members of the Nokia forums just like yourself.

On a serious note, I believe I may have over-complexed my issue:

Basically, when the keyboard opens for me to type, the font in the small keyboard preview box is horrificly large and partially unreadable as words are often too big for the box itself.

However I don't believe anyone has an answer for me, I will now just assume that my £280 phone is a completly terrible investment as it's ease of use is off scale.
