Hi,

I have a nokia X6. when I went to sleep last night my phone was working perfectly. But when I woke up and tried to switch it on I couldn't. I noticed that only the end call button was on. 

 

I've tried hard reseting it but it has no effect.

 

What can I do to solve this or do I have to go to a nokia customer service centre????

 

HELP PLEASE!!!!

since the hard reset doesn't work, only a visit to a Nokia Care point can help you.
