hi , i recently purchased Nokia X1-01. it has a Major blocking issue..we observed this issue with postpaid SIM/connections.

after making/receiving calls..if you keep your phone idle few mins...we unable to make or receive calls. need to switch off and switch on my handset again and again.

we observers this issue with postpaid SIM/connections on X1-01.  whereas same SIM works fine with other models of nokia.

post that visited Nokia care center and they updated the s/w..even then getting the same issue. ISSUE NOT WITH SINGLE HANDSET, WITH MANY OF THE HANDSETS PURCHASED IN MY COMPANY.

s/w on my phone : v05.27

not sure..why nokia started releasing products with major blocking issues and customers life miserable.

Sw versíon 5.34 should fix this issue.

Please visit the nearest Nokia Care point and ask this sw version to update your phone.

Please let us know the result.

Hi Friends,

At last , i have got v5.34 installed on my phone.  it resolves the issues.

But, first impression with Nokia X1-01 is very bad.

I recently bought the same set having s/w v 5.34 already installed, but i have serious issues on this..

1. I can't make a call from SIM 1 to SIM 2 or vice-versa, As I try to make a call from one to the other network, for other network goes down whereas it needs to be as call waiting.
2. Phone restarts automatically all of sudden while listening to the RADIO or making call.

What needs to be done for the same, Will nokia take any responsibilty on this?

 I am from India, I buyed this phone in month of Augest 2011. I had problems with this phone fron the starting. I have choosen to Nokia ahead of Samsung and Micromax just because of the Standard that Nokia maintains (in my home every1 uses various modes of Nokia phones). but it seems it is loosing it in hurry of lauching new phones at faster pace.

15 days back I took the phone to the service center and got the sw version upgraded to version 5.37 but still see the problem:

1. The phone often looses signal on either sim or both the sims.

I am giving causion to all people whome I meet not to buy this phone (also other dual sim phones of nokia) 

Please fix this bug sonner.. if its not with the software even then nokia must do some thing to replace this model.

Ok, and what do you advice if somebody who bought this item, lives in the country, where there are no "nokia care points" at all (Belarus). I don't want to go abroad and spend on visa permission more than this unfinished product costs. So if you please send me the latest stable software with explicit instructions on update process,
