sony ericsson vivaz mobile based in s60 from u.....but it has no firmware update why???

Ask Sony Ericsson, this is a Nokia forum. Only SE can tell you why they didn't release new firmware! Nokia has no control over it at all.  

 

My guess is because the vivaz didn't sell to well so like many models it was abandoned.
