i have installed v12 software but the phone has not updated,

no scrolling and no extra apps,  nothing?????

when i run the updater it tells me i have v12 installed,

and tells me there is no more updates availible,

and does not give me the option to reinstall the v12 software. (as it used to ask me on v11)

i have done a hard reset on the phone and have now lost even more apps.

i do not know what to do anymore..

is this another majer faulttttttttttttttttt????????? 

this has really ******* **bleep** me off.  please helppppppppppppppppp.

r yeh i forgot lol,

its not v12.0.026  but v20.

just that i had v11 the other day and updated to v12 and dident see any change.

anyhow i managed to download

(ovi suite 2)

in which it now asked me if i want to reinstall the same software.

so thats one problem solved.

what was the point in the v12 update when the v20 is soon avalible days after?

anyhow all solved lol.
