updating using pc suite

updating using pc suite

Ii restarted my phone so i lost all data and re added it. I plug my phone into pc to get the updates needed and itr says no updates needed. I cant even sync using pc suite but it is connected to pc and i can sync in other methods. When i go to sf updates on phone it says it needs the update but as i stated in a previous thread i cannot download via the phone.
