the problem in my e 6 mobile

hi pls people reply as soon as possible i have bought e6 mobile but its perfomance has been not upto themark i haver several issues regarding the phone like my battery backup is not as goos it was said to me by the nokia people . plus there is huge problem of connectivity in my mbile though i have changed the user the problem has been sustained by myself there some mproblem like it get hang in some application .
