i have the nokia 5310 v 9.42 and it seems there is an update to 10.10 or something but when i try to update it, either by phone or pc, it says latest installed. any ideas?

When an update is released it takes time for it to be widely available.  It's even longer if you have a network supplied/branded phone.

All you can do is wait, as there is no way to force the update.

Unfortunately O2 aren't the quickest for updates so you may have to wait many months.  They may also choose not to release the update, they often do this.

Posting on O2's forum may help bring it to their attention as calling them would be a complete waste of time.

lol. cheers. it wont stream videos either. like off youtube. just keeps saying try again or no response.
