Dear Nokia care point? Pls help me to solve update problem. I have n97 , and i was trying to update to higher version,  but it was not succesfull  unfortunately now i can not connect my phone to pc via usb cable.My pc doesn t see my phone at all..i have tried in other pc as well, no any response. Phone works normally. What might be the problem? thanks

try to select  PC Suite when connect usb cable...for me works:smileyvery-happy:

or try to uninstall pc suite and use NOKIA PC Suite cleaner 7 and re-install it again

Thanks, but when i connect my phone to my PC, nothings comes on. There is no response at all..i have no choice to choose PC suite option..
