"Subscribe to packet data"?! But I'm using packet data? (Nokia 6300)

I downloaded some ringtones and when I go into my 'Service Inbox' to 'retrieve' them I get the message 'subscribe to packet data first'.

 

So, I went to my message settings and set 'Use packet data' to 'Yes'. I tried again to retrieve my ringtones, and it still wouldn't work even though I'd changed the setting.

 

I was wondering whether this has anything to do with GPRS. I don't know. I'm on Vodafone? Please help me...

what do i do when it keeps asking me to subscribe to packet date?
