"File Corrupted" problem with every app I try to install

Ok, this is the thing. My phone is N70 with Firmware version v 5.0705.3.0.1 which I installed last night even though I had it already but I had some problems with my messages so I wanted to install it again. I did that and everything was ok. Then I tried installing FExplorer on my fresh Phone Memory but then I got 'File Corrupted" message on the screen.. I tried different applications and themes even the ones I had on my Memory Card.. I could not install them.. I could not install the PC Suite support for the phone because it says in the certificate details that it expired on 27/02/2011 .. and yea I moved the date on my phone to the year 2007 and I could install it .. but it said on my PC screen that it failed eve though the phone said that it was ok and finished. And I tried installing FExplorer again and it didn't work. I did hard reset again with *#7370# and that didn't help either. So I'm really out of the options here.. how can I fix this thing ?.. why did Nokia do this with certificates so they are expirable.. I really don't know the solution . .Please help.. I didn't try Formatting my Memory Card.. but I guess that wouldn't help because I tried installing apps without it.. and I tried installing them without my sim card.. with every date posible(years).. so I'm really stuck here.. And I'm sorry if I missed the section for this question but you can help me anyway...

Try to use New Nokia Pc suite or Ovi suite to connect you phone.
It's better to not go for software update if your phone works well.
If you can't solve your problem then just give your phone to NOKIA CARE. The'll charge some amount for this.

I am using the latest version of Ovi Suite and I get the same error, I did software update because I had some problems with my messages. And I don't have Nokia Care in my country.. or if I do it is fasr from me.. I really can't believe that there is no some quick solution or something : /
