problem updating to Belle without PC

Hi, I'm on Mac and as "http://www.nokia.com/softwareupdate" says I need to update from the device, but the phone tells me I can only update using PC Suite and don't let me do anything else.

How do I do with this?

Nokia Belle is not available as an upgrade over the air due to the size of the download. Your only options as a MAC user at present, are to take your phone into your nearest Nokia Care centre, or find a kind person who will let you use their PC to upgrade your phone.
