i have Nokia N73 ME

i update my firmware with the new version (4.0839.42.2.1) before updating i was using (3.0705.1.0.31)

after updating the firmware i am facing the following problem

when i connect my phone with PC Suite (through bluetooth or cable) following message appears on PC Suite screen

sometimes this message appear "COULD NOT BE CONNECTED"
or
sometimes this message appear "PC Suite support is missing from your phone. Reinstall the support from the help menu".

and when connected it shows "messaging support is missing on your phone"

now the main problem is "i cannot access to my messages through PC Suite"

i install support so many times but the same problem exist

i use 3 different PC Suite versions v6.85, v7.0 and v7.1

but all version show same problem

before updating my phone firmware i was not facing this problem

i tried all possible solutions got from various forums but the same problem exist

I don't know much about PC Suite, so not really placed to offer any expert advice.

My suggestion would be though to completely remove PC Suite. There is an uninstaller available from Nokia as a download, and this also cleans your computer from any remnants of PC Suite. I don't have the link I'm afraid, but a quick Google search should do the trick.

Once this is done, then re-install PC Suite - latest version. 

Have you tried connecting the phone to another PC  - does this connect ok? Are there any known issues with his latest FW Upgrade?

Hi mr i think ur n73 mmc card and phone system software affected by viruses.install a updated netqueen antivirus and scan your phone then try again to reconnect.thanks

 i was updating my nokia n73 ME but during the third step of installation of firmwares in mobile , my mobile got dead, now i have tried all possible ways at the moment and have followed the instructions faithfully but my mobile isn't working yet, ,,, ,  ,Can you please give me the answer as soon as possible

There is no straight forward answer to your query.

If they do not work, your only option is to take the phone to a Nokia Care Point and have it re-flashed.
