nokia software updater not working

hi guys , i have nokia 3110 classic. my software version is 6.6 . i have downloaded latest pc suite and software updater.when i try to update nokia phone it freezes at identifying connected device and when i close it it shows nokia service layer stpped working. pc suite recognises my phone correctly. i have vista home basic edition. i have tried it with xp also. but nothing worked at all. please help. my mobile clock gets 10-15 minutes slow within 2-3 days.

Maybe this´ll help you! :smileyhappy:

 

Your other problem, that the clock gets so much slower in such few time, sounds odd to me...

Do the procedure written above and also turn off firewall and antivirus software. Turn off Windows firewall also.
