nokia software updater 2.4.6

i have nsu 2.4.5 and i cant use it since it keeps saying theres a newer version and when i download it from the application ( 34.6 mb) it doesnt stop. instead, it reaches 100 mb and then starts all over. can someone please gimme a link to nsu 2.4.6 other than the nokia website because when i try to get it from nokia it gives me older versions.
