nokia n81 8gb not able to update the software

hi there,

I have N81 8gb phone i have updated the software in the past and currently running the v11.0.045 version of the software on it.today i searched for the latest software available v 21.0.010 so i decided to update my phones software.

I have tried plenty of times but the nokia software updater gives this error message "Update startup failed"

I am confused and dont know how solve this problem.help appreciated.I am from uk incase someone from uk had experienced the same problem due to geographical limitations.

 

please help

same thing.. but 2gb version. (rm-223 )

i wish i can help but there is no debug output on this phone :smileytongue: trying again and again.. maybe success.. :\
