In other words type *#0000# you will find your product code. when you go on to the site in skyees response to you, click on the part of the world ou are from, then down below you will find a list of products codes

Match your product code and beside that it will tell you if belle is available or not. Hope that helps

How difficult can it be to put all files together in one pack and release them for unbranded phones?

Under investigation sounds a little like you don't know that this product number is yours.

All this, is ridicilus. It' s a joke. How Nokia's people can celebrate for releasing belle when there are cutsomers that can not update their phones? Noone can properly inform us about the release date of the update or what "under investigation" for some codes means. Nokia releases an update without being ready to support it? Give us at least an honest answer concerning our questions. If you do not know, just say it !!
