hallo, can any one help me with my phone(NOKIA N73)

l cut yesterday during a software update, the phone and the computer shut off by power lost in oure home building.

no the phone will not turn on anymore..and the computer don,t recoqnize the phone because of no power. the

battery was working fine..l searcing ALL day for some advice...but nothing! can any one help me with this problem

i have my nokia n73 music editions mobile

my problem is that when i update my nokia n73 mobile its finished 2 step and it contuning to update the 3 step then suddenly my home power is cut off and i try to on my mobile but its don't work i tryied many times but its not on  i also try to hard reset by pressing ' * ',call buttom and '3' but its not working

now i am so much upset how to do

so plz help me how to turn on my mobile

You have already tried the hard reset and it did not work. One last thing you can try before sending your phone to a Nokia Care Point is to try reinstalling the firmware update again. Connect the phone to your pc and see if NSU picks it up. If it does, try reinstalling the firmware.

no my computer doesnot take any response i mean when i connect mobile data cable to my pc it doesnot find my mobile device so no futher continue to update nokia software update because my mobile not on

i have tryed to hard reset many times but not working so now what to do to turn on my mobile device plz help me

I think your only remaining option is to send it to the nearest Nokia Care Point.

If the hard reset and removing the battery doesn't work then there is nothing else you can do really. However, any Nokia Care point should be able to get it going.

Before performing Nokia Software Update, you may need to have stable Internet connection, full battery power, and make sure that the device will not be disconnected to the PC in any way during the update.  Note that if the update was obstructed during the update, there is a possibility that the phone will be inoperable and you will not be able to restore it to factory settings and eventually the phone may need to be sent to Nokia Care Center for repair.
