it still now 3-4 mounth i'm waiting for the update of my nokia 5530,so when i check for update it tell there s now update available .

Can you ell me why please?

Some updates that are larger size are not available via FOTA as it isn't much reliable for them. The only option is via Nokia Suite. Also pls remember that the software updates vary region by region & are also delayed if the phone is Network Locked i.e. if you've bought it under contract with a network. This is because sometimes the network company will modify the software to suit themselves.

I hav a USA unlocked 5530, and it has not received the update.

i paid extra not to wait for carrier changes, yet I wait all the time for Nokia to do something.

You can see they are not kind about mentioning usefull not authorized software either.
