nokia 5230 HELP needed

Hi

i installed Pc suite (version : downloaded 26 jan 2010) ,

when I connect to PC suite, it tries to update support software  

but ERROR comes on PC and same time on mobile : installer is already in use

 

i have already downloaded software updater (23 mb) , when I run , it is unable to search my mobile

 

even in PC suite, my mobile can upload videos and images to Phone , but unable to install application

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO ?????????????

If you have installation files (*.sis) stored on Phone memory or mem card, move them to Pc. or delete them.
