n95 v20xx Battery Life Problem

PLease Help. ive been searching this forum and outside just to find a fix for this but its still the same

my n95 8gb is only 3 months old. Still having the same problem. deleted all the Access Points but still the battery life is short. i have 2 batteries now coz sometimes im always outside. (not really using the phone) but waiting for important calls. i bought another battery coz i was thinking maybe its from the battery. but now. the problem still remains.

and i always making sure thats nothing is running in the background. listen to music (sometimes) but before even i use the music player for an hour or so the battery life lasts for 2 days. seems like the battery lasts for only almost a Day.

Please Help.
