hello to all

I install software version 5 for my n80,but its display get white wen turn on phone. the software install properly,the phone turn on,and  work well,but ther are nothing on screen.(it have light without any image) plz help.

Was the display working fine before the update because I was thinking the ribbon cable. The ribbon cable on the N80 is a common cause of display issues.

However, if it was working perfectly before the update then it is probabl software related.

Remember that ubless you have a previously backed up your phone your data will be lost.

Firstly remove the battery for at least 5 minutes and then replace and see if that makes any difference. Also try removing the memory card.

Then try the "3 finger deep reset". With the phone powered off, depress and hold these three keys simultaneously "*" "3" "green phone" and then power on phone using the on/off button whilst keeping the three keys depressed until you hear start-up tone.
