hi... somebody can help me... why my device cannot update? after i updated using software update and after completed and restarting my device say Phone not updated. update package not compatible with the phone. contact your service provider....

Is your phone Network locked ? If so... update is possible only when the operator approves of it..

BTW.. is your phone working now ?

If you think that the lock period with your operator is over then you may contact the operator to remove the lock and you will be able to update if available..

Install on your PC....connect your phone.. and you can check if any update is available..
