i have one Nokia e72 and my phone doesn't work on NOKIA OVI and Sofware can't update...pls somebody help me?my phone is syill under warranty,can i send to NOKIA dealers to repair it?

Do you mean the phone is not recognised by the OVI Suite ?

You can surely send the phone to Nokia Care.. but if you have not taken any back-up (.. which is very much likely as per your problem..) then you tend to lose all your data.. because at Nokia Care you are not sure what will be done to resolve the issue.. It may be a flashing of software or reset to the phone or some other way that may wipe your data..

Are you using Windows 7?

 

Whereas I realise that you need USB PC Suite mode connection to update firmware, are you saying can't establish Bluetooth connection either with OVI Suite?

If I've helped in any way, a click upon the white star at bottom right of screen would always be appreciated.


However if my answer also solves your problem clickingbelow it will benefit other users!
