Hi, I have just updated the software on my phone which although was successfull has screwed up my phone.  When I turn it on the light comes on but after a short period turns off.  I have tried *+3+green button without success.  Can anyone help please.

I think that firmware upgrade procedure not done successful or your mobile has been infected with virus. The only solution is go to your nearest Nokia Service Centre and give them your mobile. They will solve all your mobile's problem.

Hi, I've just taken my e51 to a Nokia repair centre so we will see what happens.

Just been and collected my phone from the Nokia service centre.  They cant repair it because of......wait for it............"The phone has been identified as beyond economical repair,le water ingress"!!!!!!!!!!

You know I dont remember doing the software update in the Rain.

so it looks like Iphone hear I come.

I also had a problem with this firmware. The problem is that when I make a SIP call with the phone client, the call disconnects at exacts 36 seconds. It is a software problem since Voip calls are very good using Fring. Well, I don't think anyone can help me because I am on Brazil, the only thing I can do is wait for Nokia to send another Firmware.

Gone to Samsung, lets hope I get more than 14 months use out of my new phone.
