i have a n97.i cant connet it to my pc,it doesnt ask for connection(pc suit-windows media player etc.)

i cant update it with out cable connection,plz help me with this

I was having the same problem last night, one minute my pc would see the phone the next it did'nt at all.

For me all i did was turn the phone on and off and that seemed to cure the problem for me as connects everytime now.

if you have this problem,connect your phone many times,it will connect one time:-)

Tried both solutions with no success, I then used Nokia connectivity repair wizard and the phone wouldn't register as connected with PC Suite. However, when I tried to access the phone using file manager or contacts (still in Nokia PC Suite) I found I was connected, this has solved the problem for now.
