whenever I try to update my phone it results in failure. If I try with NSU i get the start screen with starting application and it keeps starting till I get fed up and if I try the ovi suite sometimes it finds the updates but when it goes down to updating it just says PREPARING and that's it, nothing happens, if i try another time it says no updates available and I know that there are because i'm at V31 and the latest is V32. Not to mention all the other problems with the phone like random restarts or phone locks down when receiving a call.

I'm open to suggestions before I trow this F....ing piece of cr.p out the window
