Hello,

I'm expriencing phone restart automatically after update the firmware through mobile internet.

I called to local nokia care, care manager said that re-update your software through cable broadband network, then i tried to update the firmware through ovi suite updater and nokia software update. when it comes at the satge of 119MB download, it wait for long time then fail the download and say can not connect the service.

Please advice how can i solve this problem.

go to nokia care and tell them to update your phone's firmware.....it is free if your phone is still in 1 year warranty period

backup all ur data.... and format phone .... using dialing *#7370# and reload Backup data again... worked for me!
