c3 firm ware update to 8.63

hi, i cant update my c3 to firmware 8.63, when i use to update it via phone thru wifi, it says update failed. and when i connect it to pc suite it says no new update currently im using firmware 7.2

same prOb am facing with ma c3...when i tried tO update VIA GPRS it says 'Download Failed'
n When i used Nokias Software Updater it says Connected Phone doesn't suppOrt update...
My Software Version is 7.20

Try usingOvi Suite. I dont thing PC Suite components support C3 very well.
