i downloaded the update through nokia suite when it bagan installing the screen said something gone wrong due to error either 12017 or 20000!! what can i do im desperate i think la2an thae electricity went off here in lebanon 6 times while dowload was running!!!!!!!! help me plz

Belle is not tragedy, Lebanon is... Phone doesn,t work anymore? Try to do factory reset, then get proper eletricity conection and try to update again.

the download is done but the installation just doesnt happen the y said the phone will disconnect and restart but nothing happened and im not the only one with the same problem!!! nokia help required
