You have two options for getting hebrew onto your phone.
The first is at a nokia care point. They will add it for a small fee. They may also be able to offer you a replacement hebrew keyboard for it. Call your nearest for prices.
Elsewhere: Click here, select your country, go to the support section, then select repair.
The second option is to install some software. No free software exists so again you will have to pay. Also it's not a complete solution like the first option.
