Always as with any software update with Nokia, the Global versions(versions without any operator customizations) are released first and then it is followed by other versions..I may be wrong however as release patterns are determined by a lot of factors. We can never be sure which region will recieve the update first, just that unlocked phones will be the first to recieve updates.
