Wait and see but this isn't the place where you'll find out.

If you want the latest info about new firmware visit news sites like www.symbian-freak.com as they usually break the news about firmwares first.

What new firmware?

The most recent wasn't not too long ago (v21.something), with v20.something a bit fefore that, etc.

Are you expecting some specific new feature, or are you still at v1* and not yet at v2*?

That must be a specific issue with your phone, I know several people with v21 and none of those have problems with the camera.

Backup your phone then try a hard reset to cure the camera.

Hard reset:

1. Switch off the phone.

2. Hold down the following three buttons: Green (the call answer button), * button, and '3' button.

3. While holding these buttons, press the power button and switch on the phone.

4. Release when the phone shows the nokia logo or shows other signs of life like the language selection screen.

If that fails to fix it reinstall the firmware.

If it still doesn't work then it's likely to be a hardware problem so take it to a nokia care point.

Re: When will be relised the new firmware for N95-1?

Personally I would take my phone to a nokia care point and tell them to fix it under warranty. They can completely flash and reset the phone which does a much better job than the NSU.

It's obviously a very odd issue if it only affects some users of v21 and not others.

As I said earlier keep checking other sites for info about unreleased firmware.

That's your choice, just be aware that a new firmware might be many months away, if at all. No one can say.
