Belle will be released in next month though date is not fixed

Its quite strange that in a similar thread regarding belle update the word February was edited out by the moderators citing speculation as reason. Wasn't it Nokia who announced that it'll be released in February or atleast from that month.

@blitzkid might be because in that thread the link posted by that person wasn't official one related to Nokia
