When can i update my nokia 97 to v21.0.0.45..?

Hi i have  Nokia RM-505 Middle-East North Africa  with Code: 0587487

 

I'm have version 20.0.019 end when i try to update i see that the new up date for my phone is v.20.0.019 end no v 21.0.045...

0587487: RM-505 Country Variant India IN - MR

 

country variant models get the updates after all other product codes as it describes the region, the language pack and other special specification like special editions -ramadan edition-. some countries have restrictions due to its law so, Nokia deliver CV models for them
