Hi i have  Nokia RM-356 Middle-East North Africa  with Code: 0588665

I'm have version 20.0.025 end when i try to update i see that the new up date for my phone is v.20.0.025 end no v 40.0.005...

If enyone now how nokia work with update end when they can relase update for my nokia please tell me

Special Editions like Ramadan Edition stuck at the first firmware you bouught your phone with to guarantee that you have the special apps in it

so the only official solution is to go to Nokia care and ask them for update but you'll lose Ramadan apps came with it ...

Well, they would be whatever extra applications you have on your phone that came with your phone when you bought it that will not be in other versions.

dont worry just do it from your pc

and dont worry abut your applications you can download them again

It's not only a 3rd party apps. it's a version .... Special Editions Like Ramadan edition don't have updates through NSU ... just go to Nokia care point
