V14.002 update failure

i have a C7-00.

the download of apps 1.0 update failed and the updater doesn't propose this update anymore.

It stays in the history of the updater with download failure.

how can I restart the process of update?

Try connecting your phone to a PC and using OVI Suite to update.

I tried it immediately.

Unfortunately the situation in Ovi Suite is the same as on the phone.

The update is not proposed any more.

Is there a way to delete the temporary downloaded file that blocks the update procedure?

It solved once an issue I had on my 5800.

Maybe there is another way out?
