Updating software on 6600 fold

Hello,

I have just received a 6600 fold and are attempting to upgrade the software.

The current software version on the phone is 5.6 and the update is to 6.18

 

I have installed the Nokia PC suite which connects to the phone with no problems and have backed up the phone to my PC.

When I try and update the software using the Software updater, Version 1.6.13, the "Downloading" software hangs at appox 5 Mb sometimes 8 Mb and a message is displayed about connection speeds and the nokia servers may be a problem.

 

I have tried this several times over a couple of days and nights and still get the same problem. I have turned off my Firewall incase that was the problem.

 

My Internet connection is a consistent 17Mb out of 20Mb.

 

Are their servers that problematic or is there somewhere else I should look for the problem.
