Hi,

I wonder why i can't update my phone when i check the site sais the latest version is 14.0.001 and i have this.

now i see there is already versions up to 21.0.016, why can't i update to those ?

Which phone do you have. Nokia has suspended update option for those using Vista OS. Updates are released for different regions
at different times.

Yes as Babdi is saying, but i'll expand on that a bit.

Nokia release different versions of their software to the networks, and it is the networks that accept the new software or not.
So you may get 1 phone on vodafone and 1 phone on orange, both same model but would have different software versions.

I'm afraid you will have to wait for the network to approve the new version before they will allow you to install it in your handset.
