Update 025.008  showed up on my Nokia N8 today w/out a lot of info.  Anyone know what this is for?  Hopefully it will fix the battery drainage issue Anna brought ... thanks!

Just got this update too. It does not keep WiFi all the time. My email and exchange email sync scheduled up to 23:00(11pm) after that time no WiFi is active till I request it.

Do not see difference right now. Will see tomorrow probably..

First,  checked Maps - it does not switch to 3D view - just ignores "check" in the "3D view" check box in both Map View and Terrain views and leaves this box unchecked! Fault! 

Drive Mode and LiveView app are good.

Update: reinstalled maps, now 3D is working in the Maps (in the available both views).

Saw this update on my E7 today as well. Still skeptical about updating since I had a bad experience when I updated to maps version 3.08 , which is HORRBILE (Separates maps into 6 different icons, leaves power hungry wifi always on, drains battery and so on). If this update embeds the new version of maps into the firmware, then I'll pass. Anyone updated as yet? What version of maps is installed?

I was not having any issues on my E7 before hand, but I believe it is a perf update. the UI is much much faster, and the phone much more responsive, especially when changing home screens. For a second, I got all excited thinking it was Belle being released!

Been running it since yesterday and that is what I noticed.

It seems to have fixed the signal loss on t-mo usa 3g. I still use an old sim on my n8. Switched back to dual connectivity and no problems for half a day now.

Has anyone had problems with this version on an E6-00?

I upgraded mine the other day, now the screen is blank and unresponsive when I recieve calls or after I make a call.  Also the volume buttons dont work. 

Any ideas?

Please help. Czech Republic. Installed new software 025,008 Nokia N80-00. Missing Czech language. English only. Error?

Restore did not help.

So far, updates have been no problems.

Can you tell me what version of maps is installed with 25.008, or if it doesnt affect the maps version you have?

Same problem by me ... Czech language missing, but not only Czech, in setup is Eng, Fr, Por and Esp only
