you can also try updating by using the all-in-one nokia ovi suite, it is the combination of pc suite and nokia software updater and works fine on windows 7, it can be downloaded from the link below.

you could also try compatilbilitymode for vista sp2... I have not tried that, but it might work. I would go for Psychomanias' solution though.
