Unable to complete update.

I am unable to complete the Ovi Suite update process.

 

The download is completed, but when it moves to the installation, after a few moments, it reads "Installation of Nokia Ovi Suite failed"

 

How can I proceed?

 

I have attached the screen shots taken from this process.

Disable any Anti-Virus running on your PC... also any Firewalls.. and retry.

BTW hope you have confirmed the compatibility with your OS...

uninstall old suite. Download new suite from nokia and install it.
