This evening I have upgraded my 5800 to the latest firmware (v40.xxx I think). I completed the install ok. Then I got a message saying a restore was needed and to wait. I waited but the phone didn't come back on, so I did a restart. However, my phone will not come back on - it's totally dead.

Any help anyone please?

have you tried hard reset?

remove memory card ..... press green+ red+ camera button ... still holding them together while pressing the power on button

Red and green being the left and right buttons... (now I can't switch it on, I can't remember 100%).

If so, then this didn't do the trick.

There is a little vibrate, but that's it.

the camera button is in the side of the phone ... did u press it ?

make sure all keys is pressed if one did not then won't work.

its happened to me awhaile back so i learned from mistake.
