Hi!
So now I know that my phone which I bought in Russia with Russian keyboard and Russian phone software was made for Eastern Europe. I am the consumer - not the grey dealer. My question is: can you as a nokia support team help me as a consumer to get phone software which contains Russian language? Please say just simple YES or NOT.

as I understand u must gave ur phone to some guis who can flash ur phone with russian language. because NSU update firmware in phone using product code.

Thank you for your comment. My model is E60. And my point is that I bought this phone officially in Russia with all Russian features. Why am I as the consumer responsible for bad distribution network of Nokia in Russia? And I need to know clearly wheter Nokia support team will help me or not.
