I have nokia 6700c and when a trying to install some application  alert me message that THE PHONE WHO IS CONNECTED IS NOT SUPPORT ,,SIS,, FORMAT..    What I need to do to my phone supported sis file??

The 6700c is not a smartphone so it will not work with .sis files.  It is impossible to make them work on it.

You need to use java based applications with that model (.jar/.jad).

A good source of apps for that phone is www.getjar.com
