Software update for Nokia 6680

With the help of Nokia website I have downloaded on my PC Nokia Software Updater. When I run Nokia Software Updater, it gives me the following error: "Action failed due to network problems" I am using Nokia 6680. Pls advice. regards Thakur

My Nokia 6680 is branded. Finally I gave it to Nokia Service center. They said they will do it for me. But they will charge me.

as far as i am aware any issues caused by the NSU should be covered under warranty and you should not be charged for the repairs, If i were you i would get in touch with the local contact centre and check this out
