Will the Nokia Software Updater ever support the Nokia 6233. The updated version already has Nokia 6234 on it, hopefully Nokia guys will release a version where Nokia 6233 will be supported. My phone is still untouched and has v 3.70 and as far as I know, the new version is 4.91.

The new version for the 6233 is 4.91 and it is an essential upgrade in my opinion. Hopefully they will make it available online soon. I couldn't wait as my phone died due to the original firmwares bugs. It has been perfect since I got 4.91 installed at a Nokia Care Center.

i hope so, btw the product code of this Nokia 6233 handset i have with is 0538888. Nokia guys, hope you can figure this one out, hope you can give us good feedbacks.

I find it to be just inexplicable and incredibly poor customer support on the part of NOKIA to STILL NOT have online firmware updates available for the 6233, especially since they managed to get them up for the 6234 which is essentially the same phone.

can NSU guys answer this query? Even if they do not post yet the 6233 update support on the software, can you just post an explanation why?

Strange, 6233 is not in the list if you've got a flash-enabled browser, but it is in the non-flash list... I guess that indicates support will be added in the near future (as NSU already recognizes the phone, there's just no updates available at the moment)...

i have already upgraded mine from 3.70 to 4.91, only minor settings were changed to default. phone and card data remained.
